Manx Tax Voluntary Disclosure/Amnesty

The Manx Government are operating a voluntary disclosure arrangement such that such submissions made between 1 July 2010 and 30 September 2010 will not attract penalties or interest proviiding they meet the terms of the arrangement. This arrangement applies also to people who may not have registered for Manx tax who should have done.

We believe this is a very generous arrangement especially considering that penalties can amount to 200% of the tax liability. We would urge anyone who may have omitted income whether by simple oversight or not, to contact Andrew, Michael or Debra.
