Who are we?
Harding Lewis Limited is an established yet progressive and proactive firm of chartered accountants and business advisors in the Isle of Man. We are able to provide a wide range of services to our clients and can draw on a wealth of expertise in many areas.
The firm is continually growing and we use modern technology and resource to provide the best service and at your convenience. It is important to us that we not only meet statutory and regulatory requirements, but that we also give an added value service.
The Company has three directors and 12 employees/consultants of which 4 people are fully qualified chartered accountants and one is a part-time tax consultant. We are also registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as a training office and currently employ two trainees.

The Directors of Harding Lewis Limited are also the majority shareholders
in HL Fiduciaries Limited. This company is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial
Supervision Commission to provide corporate and trust services. For further

Are we regulated?
Yes we are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England
and Wales and are registered to conduct audits of UK companies in addition
to Manx companies.
Agreement with Thornton Associates Limited
Harding Lewis Limited has an agreement with Thornton Associates Limited, a
firm of Chartered Financial Advisers. Under this Agreement Harding Lewis Limited
is able to refer clients to Thornton for all manner of financial advice including
investments, pensions, life insurance and private medical insurance. Thornton
Associates Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Supervision
Commission in the Isle of Man.
